Now Enrolling!

Filling out the Pre-Enrollemnt form is the first step before a tour can be scheduled and your child can be officially offered a spot in our program.  All information provided is confidential.

To attend your child must be 3 by September 1st and fully potty trained.  (Will consider 2.5 year olds if potty trained)

If you  are interested in enrolling your child please fill out the form below.  Once it is received and reviewed we will be in contact with you about setting up an in-person tour.  We are located in McMinnville near WinCo.

Tours are done on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2-4.  If these times don't work for you we will see what we can do.

School hours are:

  Monday-Friday

   8:00 am-12:30 pm 

Upon enrollment it will be necessary to fill out the following: 

 

  • Preschool Contract

  • Emergency Forms

  • Photo Permission Form

  • Getting to Know Your Child form

  • Supply an up to date copy of your child's immunization record

  • Pay the $100 registration Fee

  • Pay first months Tuition (pro-rated if child starts mid-month)

Childhood immunizations must be up to date and all required forms must be signed and returned before your child may attend. 

 

You will gain access to these forms once an enrollment invitation has been offered and accepted through our parent app, Playground.

How many days a week would you be interested in enrolling your child? Two days a week are not an option. School hours are 8:00 am - 12:30 pm.
